Richard and Lindsey
Islington Town Hall, London
Richard and Lindsey’s wedding was the height of city chic. The day started with Lindsey’s bridal preparations at the regal St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, followed by a short cab ride to Islington Town Hall for the wedding ceremony which was literally packed to the rafters with family and friends.
The adventure continued with two Routemaster buses that took us to the reception held at the stunning and very grand Octagon building at Queen Mary’s University.
Richard and Lindsey wanted to a very informal approach to their wedding photography preferring a natural documentary style of coverage which matched well with my approach. With the amazing venue and big crowd I certainly wasn’t short of great photo opportunities!
From Richard and Lindsey
‘Sam – thank you, thank you, thank you. We could not have asked for any more from you for our wedding. The quality of the pictures are as good as any wedding photography I’ve ever seen, but it’s not just that – your preparation, organisation and attention to detail were astonishing; you were more thorough than we were… and we were the bride and groom! You clearly take great pride in your work, and it genuinely shows. Thanks again!’
